I get into the guts of what a brand is about and find unique ways to bring the right voices to life. Then I analyze what works with social insights to make an already great idea even better. From idea conception to final execution, I got you covered.
Half the fun, though, is figuring it out with you. A lot of the great stuff I’ve done has come through tight collaboration with others. Bringing the best out in each other. All that.
Game design consulting: I’m helping consult on a few Indie titles right now (and working on my own projects).
Beyond all this: Currently developing an original multi-format IP spanning books, board games, and videogames. Gotta remain cryptic on that one for now.
In the before-times…(what I used to do):
After a great run through the tech journalism world, I focused on telling the right stories on behalf of companies. Connecting people with brands in fun ways. I brought years of experience, honesty, transparency (and what sometimes passes for wit) with me to the other side, telling the inside stories, finding new ways to discuss products, trends, and the people behind them.
In the time since my move, I've brought invaluable insights to the reviews process at various companies, provided mock reviews, media trained development (and CEO-level) staff...and, of course, conceived and created LOTS of narrative marketing content.
Personally, I’ve really enjoyed my time serving as an official blogger for HP, 2K, and providing the social voices of several large brands.
